Tui 2 has started a unit on poetry. Here are some of our ideas and questions.
What is poetry? We are not to sure about what poetry really is so we will do further exploration to find out.

What else do we know about poetry?
¨ Poems can rhyme
¨ Poems can be short
¨ Poems can be in verses
¨ Poems contain figurative language: similes / metaphors/ onomatopoeic
¨ Poetry can have flow, beat, and rhythm

I think poetry is a way to express yourself and find your "centre" it can help you when your angrey to get the angre out and if your happy you can write a happy poem but that is just what i think what do you guys think?
